Wind Mitigation Inspections:
Residential, Commercial and Non-Residential Wind Mitigation Inspections
- There are many variables in a Wind Mitigation Inspection that can qualify a residence or building for insurance premium reductions or discounts. We also provide recommendations on hardening your property for hurricane force winds based on JVI’s Strength Report.
4 Point Inspections:
(1) Roofing, (2) Electrical system, (3) Heating System (HVAC), and (4) plumbing system. The intent of the inspection is to determine the components, general condition, and age of these systems.
Roof’s Life Expectancy Inspections:
A visual examination of the surface materials, connections, penetrations and roof drainage systems are generally inspected for the purpose of obtaining or renewing insurance policies.
Home Inspections :
