Chinese Drywall Inspection & Analysis

JVI can inspect your property for the presence of damaging Chinese Drywall. Trained JVI Technicians inspect and document corrosion created by airborne sulfur compounds emitted by Chinese Drywall. Such corrosion effects metals such as copper that can damage HVAC (air conditioning systems) as well as other appliances. But the JVI inspection goes a step further. We have partnered with one of the leading laboratories in the world to actually take drywall samples to be laboratory tested for the presence of the harmful chemicals in Chinese Drywall. The report provided shows the chemical breakdown of the drywall tested, and if Chinese Drywall is present or not that can be used as evidence in a court of law.

JVI gained extensive experience as a Management & Marketing (M&M) contractor for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) from 1999 to 2005 performing over 2.1 million property inspections but not limited to visual examinations for the presence of mold/mildew. . All inspections are manually and digitally reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department prior to delivery to ensure accuracy and accountability.
