A roof’s life expectance inspection may be
required by an insurance company before issuing a new homeowners insurance
policy or renewing an existing policy. This inspection of the roof
system includes a visual examination of the surface materials, connections,
penetrations and roof drainage systems. We examine the roofing material
for damage and deterioration. The roof system is examined for possible
leaks, damage and anything that suggest a limited remaining life expectancy.
JVI gained extensive experience as a Management & Marketing
(M&M) contractor for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
from 1999 to 2005 performing over 2.1 million property inspections.
All inspections are manually and digitally reviewed by our Quality
Assurance Department prior to delivery to ensure accuracy and accountability.
